**For all delivery options, we would have a proof of postage and cannot be responsible in case of loss during transit.

***It is the customers' responsibility to provide accurate delivery address and appropriate delivery option to ensure safe delivery and any dispute of damage or loss of package would be between the customer and Evri.

SHIPPING COSTS AND TIMES

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return any unopened and unused items to us within 14 days of receipt.

** To be acceptable for return items should be unused, unopened and have any original seals intact. Free returns do not apply to discounted or promotional items.

All packaging and/or cellophane wrapping and tamper resistant seals must be intact; otherwise the item will be considered unfit for

re-sale and will not be accepted by our returns department.

Please allow up to 14 working days (excludes weekends and public holidays), for us to act on and process your return.

To ensure we process your return and refund as quickly as possible, please follow the procedure below.

UK Returns Procedure:

  1. Please contact us by sending us an email to customer@weatherandpalette.com. Your message should contain the Order Reference Number as well as a full explanation of your reason for returning the goods.

  2. We will email you back (within 2 working days) with your Return Label or QR Code. Please follow the instructions below on how to return via our pre-paid returns service with Evri.

  3. Pack up your return in the original Weather and Palette packaging (or equivalent) to ensure adequate protection in transit. We cannot accept damaged product or product with damaged packaging due to transit.

  4. Print and cut out the label . If you don't have a printer, you can bring the QR Code to a Evri Parcel Shop, and print there.

  5. Attach the label to the outside of the box, so that it is clearly visible.

  6. Simply drop off the box at the nearest Evri Parcel Shop. Be sure to get a proof of your return from the postage worker. 

  7. We will be in touched through email to notify you once we received your return.

  8. Your refund will be processed within 14 working days as soon as we accepted your return.
