OUR RETURNS POLICY

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return any unopened and unused items to us within 14 days of receipt.

** To be acceptable for return items should be unused, unopened and have any original seals intact. 

All packaging and/or cellophane wrapping and tamper resistant seals must be intact; otherwise the item will be considered unfit for

re-sale and will not be accepted by our returns department.

Please allow up to 14 working days (excludes weekends and public holidays), for us to act on and process your return.

To ensure we process your return and refund as quickly as possible, please follow the procedure below.

UK Returns Procedure:

  1. Please contact us by completing the contact form below. Your message should contain the Order Reference Number from your Dispatch Note as well as a full explanation of your reason for returning the goods.

  2. We will email you back (within 2 working days) with your Return Label. Please follow the instructions in the email on how to return via our pre-paid returns service with Royal Mail.

  3. Pack up your return in the original Weather and Palette packaging (or equivalent) to ensure adequate protection in transit. We cannot accept damaged product or product with damaged packaging due to transit.

  4. Print and cut out the label . If you don't have a printer, you can bring the QR Code on the Return Label to a Royal Mail Delivery Office, and drop off the parcel there.

  5. Attach the label to the outside of the box, so that it is clearly visible.
    Remember our return service is absolutely free of charge!

  6. Simply drop off the box at the nearest post office. Be sure to bring the bottom half of the
    return document with you, so that the postal worker can stamp and sign it. This is the proof
    of your return.
